Development of ciprofloxacin sensor using iron-doped graphitic carbon nitride as transducer matrix: Analysis of ciprofloxacin in blood samples

چکیده
In the present work, we have synthesized an iron-decorated graphitic carbon nitride (Fe@g-C3N4) composite and employed it for electrochemical sensing of ciprofloxacin (CFX). The physicochemical characteristics Fe@g-C3N4 were analyzed with X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive (EDX) spectroscopy methods. Further, pencil graphite electrode (PGE) was modified to get PGE/Fe@g-C3N4 characterized resultant by cyclic voltammetry (CV) impedance (EIS). Differential pulse (DPV) determine effect concentration interferents. demonstrated exceptional performance CFX identification quantification a LOD 5.4 nM, wide linear range 0.001-1.0 µM, high sensitivity 0.0018 µA mM-1 cm-2. Besides, PGE showed remarkable recovery results in qualitative analysis human blood specimens. This research advocates that acts as excellent transducer material standard samples. proposed strategy deduces sensor can be prospective candidate dynamic determination serum possibly ratified drug therapeutic purposes.
